• Concise overview of the policy background (legal, regulatory and market framework for RES-H/C, RES-H/C policy options) in some selected Member States.
  
  
• Proposals for 2020/2030 sector specific RES-H/C target options and scenarios for some selected Member States.
  
  
• Tailored policy options and recommendations for the development of national RES-H/C support policies and strategies how to best implement new instruments in the context of some specific national RES-H/C market framework conditions.
  
  
• Common design criteria for RES-H/C policies including a sound analysis of the costs and benefits of different policy strategies aiming at coordinating or harmonising different support approaches taken by the Member States.
  
  
• The outcome of the project, especially the experience gained through the participatory policy discussion process will be communicated to some selected Member States which are not directly involved in the activity and in European level with a conference.
